A vibrant G&T made with a rich Plum/Rosella Hibiscus Syrup, Midnight Mixers Dry Tonic, and a garnish of Lemon Myrtle.
THE ELDER
A sophisticated blend of Manly Spirits Australian Dry Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, Midnight Mixers Dry Tonic, fresh lime, fresh mint, and cucumber.
DAINTREE DREAM
A classic tropical escape featuring Beach Tree Skippy Gin, Beach Tree Gin Liqueur, Midnight Mixers Classic Dry Tonic, Finger Lime, Lemon Juice, and our house-made Davidson Plum/Rosella Hibiscus Syrup, finished with Lemon Myrtle.
THE BUSH TUCKER
A bold and savoury drink with Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin, Midnight Mixers Classic Dry Tonic, pepper berries, Lemon Myrtle leaf, and a Rosella Hibiscus flower.
